     Eunice became a Residential Real Estate Broker in 1981. She and her husband, Rod, are consistently in the "Top Five Teams" in their office of some 90 agents. Her educational designations acquired through the years include Graduate of the Realtors Institute, Accredited Buyers' Representation, as well as the Certified Residential Specialist designation joining the tip 5% of Realtors nationwide.  In 2006 Eunice received the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award.

     She has been a member of the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame since 1982, placing her in the top 2% of all RE/MAX Realtors nationwide.

     Eunice was honored by being chosen "A Woman of Achievement in Business" by the Family Time Organization in January 2004.

     Kingwood had approximately 5000 residents at the time Eunice arrived in 1976. Her personal warmth, dedication and concern for both buyers and sellers cemented many of her client relationships into personal friendships that continue today. Many of her clients sold over the past 31+ years are children of her original clients. The experience gained through the years has been invaluable to the new buyers and sellers in the market today as there have been many significant changes within the industry. Her ability to satisfy her clients accounts for the fact that 90% of her business comes from referrals. Between Kingwood, Dallas and California, Eunice has helped one family move five times.

     Eunice is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, The Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is also a member of the Women's Council of Realtors and served as past President of the Northeast Multiple Listing Service through the Houston Association of Realtors. Currently she is a charter member of the newly founded Kingwood Chamber of Commerce.

     Eunice assisted Family Time Foundation in its initial years of development as a Board member for seven years and continues to support Family Time and The Door, as well as many local charities and organizations including Mothers Against Cancer and the Kingwood Country Club's Women's Golf Association.

     Eunice is assisted by her husband Rod who has been a Realtor since 1983.  Eunice continues to Quietly Sell Homes in Kingwood and other nearby communities such as Eagle Springs, Fall Creek, Atascocita, Summerwood, Walden on Lake Houston and The Woodlands with a true commitment to her clients.
